It sets gels and controls water loss, and works as a plant-based alternative to gelatin.
Where it’s used
Treats: gummy and jelly-style treats, fruit-based treats.
Supplements: gummy supplements.
Wet food: gel texture and water control.
Dry food and livestock feed: not typical.
